A very special time for the many children in the Morristown area that were not going to have a very happy Christmas.  The YOUTH of Trinity UMC sponsor this event to have members of Trinity to donate dollars so Christmas presents can be bought and distributed to all 28 of them.  This very special event occurred on Friday, December 16th at 10:00am and lasted well passed 1:30pm.  And, a big thank you goes out to all of the organizations and individual donations that made this again another special year for the children.  Without your continued help and support, we could not have made this the success that it was.

To see the bright smiles coming from all of them was a joy to behold.  And, when Santa arrived, the children were beaming from ear to ear, giving Santa big hugs and a joyous welcome to this day.  Santa spent his special time going around talking with all of the children and their parents.  It was a very happy time for all.

The youth along with many sponsors were on hand to help dish out pizza from Papa Johns.  Below, are many of the photos taken this morning.  

Thanks to all the Trinity staff, the youth and members that helped make this a wonderful and happy day for these children again this year.  And a special thanks to John Allen for again being a true Santa Claus for the children.
