Guess who this is?
The October Boofest on October 27 at the Morristown Park had a bright and cheery visitor and if you have not guessed already, it was Raggedy Ann. It brings back many childhood memories if that special doll at cold always put a smile on anyone's face. Well, our own Yvonne Wheeler really got with it and dressed up for the occasion. We hope it brings back some good childhood memories for you. It did for me.

Journey to Hope
This Lenten season, you are invited to go on A Journey to Hope as we travel with Jesus to the cross, discovering along the way the Hope can be found even as we encounter some of life's most difficult circumstances. By addressing real life circumstances along the way (i.e., relationships, work, temptations, money problems, etc.) those on the journey will learn or remember how faith in Christ is relevant to everyday life and how having a faith community can make all the difference.
Through Mark's gospel, our journey will begin on Ash Wednesday, as Jesus turns to Jerusalem. Instead of waiting until Palm Sunday to enter Jerusalem, this year, we will begin there, so we can linger over some of the experiences that Christ has along the way. Our Ash Wednesday service twill begin at 6:1 5, and will include an opportunity to spend time in confession and to receive the sign of the cross using ashes from Palm Sunday as we journey to the cross to Hope.
