Purpose

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

 Trinity UMC ladies had a banner year in 2011 and congratulations are in order for a group of dedicated volunteers that accomplished so much for our church and community.  Thank you for careing.

Julia Cobb Freer, Concord Church, Knoxville, TN (Oakridge District) designed the logo for 2011-2012 using the theme of Colossians 1:3-5.   The design for the 2011 them FAITH - HOPE - LOVE inACTION is depicted showing the cross (faith), the anchor (for hope), the heart (for love), and the open square (for action).
