Weather Related Meeting Policy
It was discussed at staff meeting and announced at church on January 9th that we would follow the weather related school closings regarding activities at church. If the schools are out, we will not have regularly scheduled meetings in the evening. If the person in charge of the meeting decides to go ahead and meet, it will be up to that person to contact those involved. Decisions regarding changes to Sunday morning and other days with weather related events occurring later in the day will still have to be determined on a case by case basis.

SNOW POLICY- WHEN HAMBLEN COUNTY SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED DUE TO BAD WEATHER ALL SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES AT CHURCH ARE CANCELED. IF A LEADER OF A GROUP WISHES TO MEET THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING GROUP MEMBERS.
